In this article, I would like to introduce about an interesting experience I had in Corporate Internship 1 when I was able to try my hand at an internship at a company. The company I practice with is SHYANG HUNG CHENG (SHC) limited liability company and the product that this business produces is sports shoes. SHC officially came into operation at the end of September 2004, with head office located at An Thanh Manufacturing Cluster, An Thanh Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. As one of the enterprises with 100% Taiwanese investment capital. Total area about 150,000m2. During the operation, SHC has achieved certain achievements: certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 management systems and the first prize of CSR in 2006 nationwide. I feel fortunate to have been accepted to practice at SHC’s Grassroots Trade Union under the enthusiastic guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, although I was only an intern here for a relatively short period of time, but Ms. The guide is quite enthusiastic. Not only that, I also got advice from my brothers and sisters on what I did not do well as well as taught me the necessary skills when working. Although the internship period was quite short, only about 2 months, but I felt this was a fun time and learned a lot of new things. Until now, I only went to school and worked part-time at milk tea shops or clothing shops near my house, but I never thought that I would be able to practice in the environment of a company and luckily, I was supported by everyone. I do my best, the atmosphere of each practice session is always fun and not as stressful as I thought. Before I found an internship I was very nervous and even a little scared because I was going to practice alone, I thought I would be very stressed but everything was the opposite. After the internship period, I have learned a little valuable experience for myself: to be confident not to be shy, to actively communicate with people so that I can learn more things and especially to be honest. Have fun getting along with everyone. Finally, I would like to thank Ms. Hoa who guided me throughout my internship and to everyone at Cong Doan for being enthusiastic and always happy with me.
